| McGratton Hockey Stick: |
| Sometimes kids get excited and bring valuable items to school. Unfortunately sometimes these items also get misplaced. One of our students misplaced a black hockey stick with Brian McGratton's name on it. Obviously this stick means a lot to the student. If this hockey stick accidently made its way to your house, can you please return it to the school? You can leave it outside my office. Thank you!

| Hockey Boards Update! |
| The Parent Committee is pleased to announce that they have raised enough funds to replace the school hockey boards! We were able to get the boards and labour for approximately $6000, which is under the original estimate of $8000. Thank you to everyone for supporting this campaign!
The boards are being built over the winter and will be ready for the 2010-2011 school year.
The Committee is now in the process of planning for the annual Loonie Auction that will take place on Friday, April 16 at the Carp Agricultural Hall. For those new to the school, this is a fun and family-oriented event. We will provide more detailed information in the coming weeks. For your information, several Committee members will sell tickets to the Auction at the Science Fair.
The Committee also wants to remind you to go through the school if and when you are renewing your magazine subscriptions. The link can be found on our website, along with the school code.
