Upstate New York's Premier Venture Forum
| |
The 2012 Bright Buffalo Niagara Venture Forum is coming up on May 16-17 in Buffalo, NY. Started just three years ago in 2009 to address the entrepreneurial pipeline and investment needed to build a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem, the Forum has grown and evolved to become the premier venture forum in Upstate New York.
The Venture Forum has sold out the past three years with over 250 attendees each year. In just the past two years, nearly 100 early-stage high-tech companies from across the Buffalo Niagara region have presented as part of this event.

Working in Buffalo Niagara: BNMC Events
| |
It's the combination of 'little things' that reach various people that really create an industry community. Our Life Sciences community in Buffalo Niagara hosts a long list of events drawing participation, volunteers and sponsorship from BNMC employees, local businesses, and the Buffalo Niagara Community.
Ongoing events can be monitored on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus calendar. For patient services you'll find Pet Therapy and a variety of support meetings on Roswell's calendar almost daily. For employees and businesses, seminars and learning sessions as well as networking events are held monthly. For everyone, a year long schedule of annual fundraisers and holiday events bring together those that wish to participate, volunteer and sponsor!
As we jump into spring and see summer right around the corner the events calendar begins to fill up. Later this month Unyts will hold a cocktail reception fundraiser called Bucket Bash. Next Month HWI holds its annual Wine Tasting event, First Fridays Allentown begins, and the Venture Forum takes place. Also coming is Ride for Roswell, Brewfest, Carly's Crossing, Walking on Wednesdays, Farmer's Market, the Summer Wellness Block Party and much more!
