Canadian Advanced Manufacturer Expands to Buffalo Niagara
Econ-O-Pac, a Canadian plastic packager has expanded their operations to Buffalo Niagara and will begin production in August. The company's customers include many large breakfast cereal and snack food manufacturers in the United States. The major driver for Econ-O-Pac's expansion in the United States was its goal of increasing US sales by suppressing the negative perception that it is an "outsider" in the industry given its Canadian roots.
