We are now entering the Summer season as we are now calling what was previously referred to as low season, wet season, green season, mid season and so on... Summer sounds so much better as it better describes the weather which remains in the high 20's right through to High season in October (currently in 30's). The rains have started but oh so refreshing and mostly during the night, leaving clear sunny days!
Real estate is growing all the time and we are busy in all locations and no longer are property sales seasonal as tourism is now year round especially in resort locations such Phuket, Pattaya, Hua Hin and not forgetting Bangkok which is always busy.
