GOVERNMENT TAX REDUCTION EXTENSION
Specific business tax went back to the normal 3.3% across the board on the March 29th. Only the transfer fee discount of 0.01% was extended until 31 May, 2010. This is still an opportunity to save on buying a property before the end date. See http://www.siamrealestate.com/info/thailand-tax/
