We hope you enjoyed the festivities over Christmas and New Year, we certainly did, ate and drank far too much!
The high season is in full swing here in Phuket and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) report greatly increased numbers of visitors over last year’s Bangkok airport closure debacle. The severe winter in Europe must be helping as well. As regards property sales things are picking up but still slow as opposed to rentals which are booming both holiday, short and long term.
We continue to list some great value completed apartments and villas as well seller offers.
The King has recovered and left hospital which is great news for everyone and the Thai economy is probably faring better than most in these difficult times.
Thailand still remains great value for living and is substantially cheaper than Europe some say 30% cheaper especially property even with exchange rate drop!
