Letters
Hello, I just wanted to say I picked up the "Better Dads, Stronger Sons" book yesterday and it was like I was reading a biography of myself!! It hit so hard and so true I couldn't believe what I was reading.  Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and sharing the plan that God has for you...it gives me hope and encouragement that I can change myself to become the man I know God wants me to be.  I look forward to reading all of your books and getting more involved in hope to become a "Better Dad". God bless, R

Dear Rick,
I had some questions about my son and saw your book in a grocery store.  I picked it up and read it within a few days.  It truly was a God send.  It helped to answer some of my questions and has helped our relationship.  I can't thank you enough.  I have recommended your book to others.  Your writing style is simple but to the point, which makes it easy to read and understand.  I pray that God will use my story to help others.  Now your book has become a part of it.
Blessings, JP

I was doing my Christmas shopping when I stumbled on the That's My Son book. After so many challenges faced with my preteen son at home and at school, I thought I should read it since I have not heard of any manuals written about
raising sons. It opened my whole outlook about what Men are really all
about. I came to understand and bridged the gap of what I love and
admired at the same time hate about them. Believing that, "it is truly
easier to raise a son than to fix a man," made me feel empowered to work with my son more and build him up to become a man of character being a
mother with an absentee husband serving the military as a contractor.
Thank you Rick Johnson for writing such a gift of a lifetime to single mothers and any mothers who perseveres and do the best they can raising
sons.  RB
