Let's Thank Bridgewater, VA for its Support of Project Healing Waters
The World Fishing Network is conducting an online contest to determine America's "Ultimate Fishing Town." Bridgewater, Virginia, the home of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing's Mossy Creek Invitational, is one of the towns in the running.
Bridgewater has a chance to be crowned WFN's Ultimate Fishing Town, win a $25,000 community donation and be featured on WFN: World Fishing Network. Bridgewater Mayor Hallie D. Dinkel has committed to supporting Project Healing Waters with the $25,000 prize.

Also, there is a secondary prize of $5,000 to a town that supports our military. Bridgewater, Virginia, rolls out the red carpet for our participants each year at the Mossy Creek Invitational. Visit Bridgewater for the tournament and you will see a U.S. flag on every pole from the moment you enter town, through the rolling farmlands, all the way to the Mossy Creek Lodge, the site of the annual event. Bridgewater residents have graciously supported Project Healing Waters in many ways, from steep discounts on tents, tables and catering, to ATV rentals and volunteer hours. It's not just the Mossy Creek Invitational; Bridgewater shares its hospitality with PHWFF participants in many smaller outings all year long.
