I'm still thinking about Margaret Regan's forecasts for the future of work from last week's show, especially the possibility that some of us will be "norms" and others will be "enhanced" in the future -- not to mention how close we are to living Star Trek's holodeck concept! The more I consider the unprecedented role of technology in our future, the more I believe that this path will also require us to develop excellent communication and relationship skills.
