Greetings!

Congratulations! There are only a few months left in the school year, and you made it! Whether they have told you now or will in a few years, your students have surely felt a positive impact in one or more ways because of your service as a DECA Advisor. There's no doubt that you have been a hero in the eyes of your students.

As you look to enhance your teaching and instruction, you may consider taking part in DECA's Professional Development Series that kicks off with the New Advisor Academy at the International Career Development Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah. Additionally, DECA's Chapter Advisor Summer Institutes feature a specific track for new advisors. They will be held in two locations this summer.

Learn more about these wonderful opportunities to help prepare you to be the most effective DECA advisor. As always, if we can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
