December 7, 2011
The Howell Ski and Snowboard Club is going to be in full swing soon and many are already anticipating the snow that is getting ready to blanket our community over the next few months. We've been selling memberships for the past few weeks, but tonight we'll be meeting at 7 p.m. at the Bennett Recreation Center for those of you who are unfamiliar with the Ski Club to go over the costs and what the club entails. We hope you'll come over tonight and join us and hear more about how the club works. There are some really good savings on tickets and rentals when you join. A membership is a great holiday gift too for those of you who can't decide what the perfect gift should be for those that love to ski and snowboard.
And for those of you who love to be outside during the chilly, snowy weather - don't forget about the new lighted sled hill at Genoa Township Hall on Dorr Rd. I've already heard that some great sledding was taking place last weekend.

P.S. If you like what you see, please take a minute to to your friends, family, and other parks and recreation enthusiasts and encourage them to subscribe by joining our mailing list! News and information from the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority will be forwarded to you each and every Wednesday.
