June 15, 2011
Changes are afoot at the Howell Parks & Rec and we are saddened to be losing a number of our wonderful, dedicated staff members, but also happy that a good portion of their lives have made our organization such a worthwhile place to work. Our two front office staff members will both be leaving us very soon and we want to publicly thank them for jobs well done. Long-time marketing administrative assistant, Sara Slagell and our finance administrative assistant, Danielle Allen are both off to new adventures and we wish them much happiness, health and prosperity in the years to come.
Change is never easy, but we've embraced it and while this is a somewhat sad time for us, it also opens up a marvelous opportunity for others that would like to become a part of our staff. We are seeking qualified individuals who would like to become a part of our great staff including: Administrative Assistant - Finance; Administrative Assistant - Marketing/Communications; Teen Center Director and Building/Site Supervisors. Please click on any of the job titles above (also available on our homepage at www.howellrecreation.org) for a more thorough job description. Please send a cover letter and resume to Deborah E. Mikula, Parks and Recreation Director at dmikula@howellrecreation.org by Friday, July 8, 2011 for consideration for any of the above positions. EOE
