May 5, 2010
Summer and early Fall in Howell just wouldn't be the same without three spectacular race events that bring thousands of participants and spectators into our community.
It is with great excitement and pride that the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority continues the long held tradition of producing the 8th annual Howell Independence Aquathlon (Sunday, July 4), the 33rd annual Howell Melon Run (Friday, August 20), and the 2nd annual Headless Horseman 5K (Saturday, October 23). And we are looking for local sponsors to help us make these events happen. We hope we can count on you!
Sponsorship of these events enables the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority to further its mission of championing and enriching the lives of residents through active and healthy lifestyles. We offer multiple sponsorship packages and price levels, with commensurate benefits. Whether you are interested in an exclusive sponsorship opportunity as an expression of your company's values or just want an opportunity to co-sponsor these signature events to raise the profile of your company - we have just the package for you - and we are happy to align the benefits of sponsorship to your needs.
We hope we can count on you to be among the sponsors of the Howell Independence Aquathlon, the Howell Melon Run, and/or the Headless Horseman 5K.
Please call me at 517/546-0693 ext. 7702 or send me an e-mail at dmikula@howellrecreation.org if you are interested in helping make these great events a reality. Director
