MacGillivray Freeman Films wins at the GSCA Awards
Congratulations to MacGillivray Freeman Films for winning in six categories at the Giant Screen Cinema Association awards. We are especially proud because The Alps IMAX® won in the cinematography category. Our own Michael Brown,
who was the Director of Mountain Photography, dangled precariously off
of the North Face of The Eiger for days to get the climbing
shots in this spectacular film.
MacGillivray Freeman Films invited Michael back as Director of Mountain Photography and Co-Director, along with Greg MacGillivray, Return to Everest IMAX® in 3D. Michael and the team reached the summit on May 24th of this year - coming to theaters 2009.
