The phrase "make reservations" is a set expression in English. Choice (D) is the best response.
What score do I need on the TOEIC test?
 
There is no "pass" score on the TOEIC test. If you need a score to graduate from university or for professional licensing, be sure to check what score is required. ETS Canada does not have this information - so please contact the university or licensing college directly. 
 
If you are including your TOEIC score on your resume, 785 out of 990 ("Working Proficiency") is a good score. Of course, the higher your score, the more impressive your resume!
