Amid national attention, Town Hall participants address solutions to Arizona's economy
Governor Brewer's appearance at Monday's Town Hall luncheon drew national media coverage and hundreds of protesters as Town Hall participant's from around the state gathered to develop solutions for improving Arizona's economy.
Participants addressed the implications of Senate Bill 1070 and developed specific recommendations to position Arizona to compete for jobs in the global marketplace. The full report of the Town Hall's Recommendations along with pictures and links to some of the extensive media coverage can be found on our website. Community outreach programs to present and discuss the Town Hall's recommendations are being scheduled now. Official programs will begin in August when the final report from the Town Hall has been published. |
