Governor Napolitano
Governor Janet Napolitano will join the list of presenters at the Annual Luncheon on September 18, 2008 at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix.
 
The luncheon also will feature Michael Waldman, former White House Chief Speechwriter, Presidential Scholar, and frequent commentator on shows such as Good Morning America, Nightline and Hardball

Speakers for the Fall Town Hall, which will take place at the Grand Canyon are:
 
Kil HuhKil Huh of the Pew Charitable Trusts
Kil Huh is a project director for Pew's Center on the States. In this role, Kil conceptualizes, designs, and implements research and analysis across 50 states that informs state policy-focused efforts on a wide range of issues including, state tax systems, retirement benefits and mortgage lending. Kil was recently the principal author of Pew's Defaulting on the Dream: States Respond to America's Foreclosure Crisis. The study received national attention from the media including, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN's Lou Dobbs Tonight, PBS's Nightly Business Report, and is quoted widely by state and local radio and print outlets. 

Scott Bernstein of the Center for Neighborhood TechnologyScott Bernstein

Scott Bernstein is President of the Center for Neighborhood Technology (CNT), an urban sustainability innovations laboratory in Chicago that develops resources and systems to promote healthy, sustainable communities by helping local leaders understand and use their hidden assets. He studied engineering and political science at Northwestern University and served on the research staff at its Center for Urban Affairs. He was a founding Board member at the Brookings Institution Urban & Metropolitan Center.
