Arizona Health-e Connection (www.azhec.org) is a non-profit public-private partnership that is working to support health information technology and exchange in Arizona.  They are seeking consumer input and support to help guide their efforts.  To further this goal, they have established a Consumer Advisory Council that will be representative of the greater Arizona population.
