Greetings from Olsson Associates
The leaves are changing across the state of Nebraska--and not because of the devastating drought that hit so many of our clients and their communities. Fall is upon us, and that means our staff members are hard at work to wrap up outdoor tasks on our clients' projects before the first cold snap hits us. One interesting project we're finishing up is the Broken Bow Wind Farm development. This alternative energy source project has involved numerous Survey, Public Infrastructure, and Environmental staff members, and we're pleased to report on its progress.
We're also pleased to inform our clients that, because of the tremendous growth in the capabilities of GIS software, we have added a full-time GIS professional, Avery Oltmans, to coordinate and manage all of Olsson's continuously expanding GIS endeavors. Olsson has offered GIS services for over 15 years, and Avery's skills will provide our clients with the focused and specialized GIS services that our clients have asked for. Avery is great at what he does, and we couldn't be more pleased to have him on board.
As always, I welcome your feedback and questions as we trek into fall!
