We welcome Cullen Hall to the Corporate Engineering team, supporting our efforts currently in the Minnesota region. Cullen, a resident of Savage, MN will be primarily supporting our efforts with the Xcel Energy contract. He will spend the next several weeks working with Kevin Porto, Ryan Higgins, Jim Van Handel and Jerry Daugherty coming up to speed so he can take a lead role in executing the contract at various locations with the Xcel Energy system. Cullen holds a EE degree from the University of Northern Iowa and has served as Applications Engineer, Systems Engineer, Field Engineer and Reliability Engineer at previous employers. He has a good background in substation automation, equipment testing and project management. Cullen and his wife recently welcomed a new daughter and will continue to reside in MN as we seek to continue to grow our business in that region.

Drew comes to CE Power after serving as a Location Manager and a Production Manager. In both positions, he was responsible for overseeing processes, procedures and various logistical concerns. While serving as Production Manager at Alfred Conhagen, Inc., Drew oversaw the implementation of "Lean" Manufacturing and the 6 "S" programs, while also providing regular support for production schedules and ensuring proper paperwork was completed. In prior years, he also served as Production Manager for White Aluminum Products, where he supervised in-house and onsite projects, oversaw purchasing functions and scheduled crews. Drew resides in Winter Haven with his wife. We are looking forward to the addition he will make to our production team.
