| SBS 2008, EBS 2008. As to SQL...choices? |

| SQL 2005 or 2008?
Ok, you're sold on SBS or EBS (see the above article). And you've decided to go with the Premium version, which includes SQL Server Standard 2008.
But wait! It turns out your application is only certified for SQL 2005. Now, what?
Well, have no fear. For one year, Microsoft has added the option for SBS and EBS Premium. You have the choice on the SQL Server box to run Windows Server 2003 or Server 2008, and either SQL Server Standard 2005 or 2008.
And, unlike on the server that's hosting Exchange (which has to run on a 64 bit platform), you also have the choice of 32 bit or 64 bit platform!

Bob here. I don't know what it means, but the link to the HP humorous video (which HP took offline after a few days) received more attention than anything else we had to say.
We got it. We understand it.
Any of you watch "24?" Yeah, the plot's gotten a bit convoluted over the past couple of seasons.
