Monument 10K Training
Join the Monument 10K Training Team with RUN STRONG! Named one of the best races in the country by USA TODAY, be a part of the 40,000+ people who will participate on MARCH 31st, 2012!
Our 10 week program includes the following:
-two group runs a week (more than any other program)
-at least 5 workshops including seminars on nutrition, physical therapy, running shoes 101, and a barefoot running clinic!

Sunday, January 8th to February 19th
3:15pm to 4pm. It is not to early to start thinking about Summer Swim Team. Join these clinics and get the extra edge you need.
Swim Lessons Don't wait until the Summer to get your child in the pool. New session starts January 14th. Pre-school and Level 1 are offered. Sign up at the front desk. Lap Lanes Please remember to always check the lane charts. Scheduled events are held each day and during busy times you may have to share a lane.
