$5/class or $50/month
Crank up your work out with Tee-Jay! This workout is great for building endurance, strength, speed, losing weight, and defining muscle. Improve your coordination, agility, balance, and mental focus, while learning an effective art of self defense.

$5/class or $35/month
Tee-Jay will customize this class around your current fitness level. Let him get you back on track and show you HOW to exercise to reach your goals!

Mixed Club Challenge tryouts are underway!!!
Club Challenge is September 23, 24, 25 at Westwood Club...come out and cheer everyone on!!! Let's repeat and keep the trophy at MAC!!!
The Club Challenge Social is Wednesday, September 14 from 6:30 until 9:00PM. Sign up with your partner, or alone...we will be playing and socializing!!! We are hosting MTC this year and food and drinks will be provided. All players who tried out are invited to come. Please sign-up on the tennis bulletin board.
Fall junior clinics will begin the week after Labor Day...check tennis desk for details!

Pre School and Level 1 swim lessons are currently being offered on the weekends. New session starts September 10th. Sign up at the front desk.
Swim Clinics are offered on Saturdays and Sundays. These clinics are geared to swimmers who want to keep swimming year round and who are thinking on joining a swim team next summer. These clinics are coached by Rob, Meredith and Steve. Space is limited, sign up at the front desk.
Private swim lessons are still being offered. These are one on one lessons that are scheduled to your preference! Any questions please contact Rob.
Lap lanes will be limited starting September 12th. Please check the pool lap lane schedule that is posted in the pool.

Please remember that starting in September, the Monday and Tuesday 6:00AM Spin classes will move to 5:45AM.
*New this month is the GET FIT class! Looking for a beginner to intermediate class to keep you in shape? This new class is for individuals who are working hard to get in shape, but need that extra boost. The class includes both cardio and strength work, and will be held in the Gym on Wednesdays at 5:30PM. |

AWESOME JOB RUNNERS!
There were several MAC members and staff including our Front Desk Manager, Jessica Leonard and Group Ex Instructor, Laura Bryce who participated in the PATRICK HENRY Half Marathon on Saturday just as Hurricane Irene came into town! They both rocked it in the pouring down rain and wind! Congrats to all the other members who ran! I know we have more runners who are headed to the beach for this weekend's ROCK N' ROLL Half Marathon. Wishing everyone GOOD LUCK! Can't wait to hear all about it!
