Erica Erling - Human Resources
Erica is in her 9th year with ElderCare at Home. Her responsibilities include recruiting for experienced and dedicated caregivers for families in need. The part she enjoys most about her position is when she hears that the caregiver she recruited has improved the clients' quality of life. It's extremely rewarding to Erica to know that she played a part in providing the client with the best home care possible. When Erica is not working she enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling, and movies. |
