In today's ever changing world- how well are you handling the stress? I have some ideas on how to manage the ever present stressors in a healthy way.
Join, Rein Kansman of Life in Balance, for a 3 hour workshop in order to achieve the following Objectives:
1) To learn Methods of Developing and Maintaining a Positive Attitude to portray Confidence and Enthusiasm.
2) To Define and Identify Factors that cause Stress and how to handle them.
3) To Develop a Game Plan that Affects your Personal & Professional Life.
This will be an interactive program involving a profile that will open your eyes to the places in your life that are causing your stress and what strengths you have to manage the stress.
It will be held from 6 - 9 pm on Monday September 13, 2010 @ the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce. The fee for the workshop is $25 per person and will include the assessment profile and a light dinner to enjoy while I work on helping you.

Would you like to host a Breakfast Club for the Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce Members?
This a great way for your business to get to know other businesses. Breakfast Club is held the 3rd Wednesday of the Month, January through November.
Decemeber is reserved for the Ambassadors Special Christmas Breakfast Club!
Below is a criterion for hosting a breakfast club event at your business. These suggestions are given for successful turnouts to your event.
Breakfast Club is held by one business.
Breakfast Club begins at 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Provide beverages and food, enough for about 25-35 people.
Provide gift, preferably related to your business, for the business card drawing
Your business will have up to 10 minutes to talk and/or describe your business
Provide Liz at info@lowellchamber.org 4 bullet points about your business for the e-blast (2 months prior)
You are encouraged to send your own postcard invite, email or other social networking marketing to invite members (electronic list of Chamber Members addresses provided by Chamber, does not include emails)
Make personal calls to invite some businesses (a calling list of Chamber Members can provided by Chamber per request)
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Breakfast Club/After Hours is Chamber Member Benefit
Once booked you have taken that opportunity away from another Member
Cancellation will result in losing your privilege to book another event for 1 year

SCORE meets at 113 Riverwalk Plaza the 2nd Tuesday of the month. We schedule appointments for 9:30 am, 10:30 am & 11:30 am time slots.
