| Take Action! |
|
In the Fall of 2009 the Brewers Association took part in the development of H.R. 4278, a proposal to create a graduated excise tax rate for small microbreweries, like Mercury Brewing Company.
Support of this legislation continues to grow! Take part in the action by writing your U.S Congress Representative and ask he or she to consider supporting or co-sponsoring this bill to support microbreweries.

1 12oz bottle of Stone Cat Hefeweizen
2 cups chicken stock, brought to a boil
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup flatleaf parsley, chopped

2. Place onions in large roasting pan.
3. Arrange the marinated pork, add chicken stock and Stone Cat Hefeweizen, cover with foil and braise in a 350-degree oven for 3 1/2 hours.
