Highly regarded among hop-lovers, our Harvest Ale is a balanced and flavorful autumnal offering, to be enjoyed during the cool, crisp days of fall. We use a darker Caramunich malt and just a touch of chocolate malt along with a blend of Warrior, Ahtanum, and Columbus hops.
 
ABV: 6.9%
IBU's: 40 
Availibility: Fall

Our Tapmobile is retrofitted with 8 taps. Choose from our award-winning beers, old-fashioned sodas, and bubbly waters.

7th Annual "Some Like It Hot" Chili Cookoff
St. Mary's Parish, Rowley, MA 
5-8pm
Join Mercury Brewing and The Friends of the Rowley Public Library as we co-host this annual event.  The cookoff includes a chili contest judged by local celebrities, activities for the kids, and live entertainment by Scott Bernier & The Three Amigos.  There will be plenty of Ipswich & Stone Cat Ales available for purchase.

Join Somerville Local First @ Grand in Union Square for a night of Local Extravagence.  Featuring local food from Sherman Market, local dairy and cupcakes from The Dairy Barn at Kickass Cupcakes, and local brew from Ipswich Ale.

Enjoy this delicious recipe with friends and family this holiday season.  

 
 

Ipswich Ale Mustard Whipped Potatoes

4 Idaho Potatoes, peeled and chopped
2-3 cups hot chicken or vegetable stock
½ t sea salt
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup Ipswich Ale Mustard
salt and pepper to taste   
 
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender: about 15-20 minutes, then drain
Return potatoes to the pot
At low heat, add Ipswich Ale Mustard and stock. Mash to desired consistency
Add salt, pepper and parsley before serving
