Baby Back Ribs |
Rub both sides of ribs with Ipswich Ale Mustard. Place in baking pan and cook for 30 minutes on both sides at 350 degrees uncovered. Take out of oven and place on grill for 10-15 minutes. Leave plain or add BBQ sause during grilling.

 On Wednesday, April 16th join us for a sweet, sweet evening celebrating The Tasty Show's 5th birthday and launch of The Taste Show Chocolate Tasting Kit. Enjoy Ipswich & Stone Cat brews with both fresh-baked cupcakes and local artisan cheeses.
To prepare for this event Mercury Sales Rep Caitlin Geary met with Dana Zemack of The Tasty Show and Sara Ross of Kickass Cupcakes to experiment with various cupcake and beer pairings.
