Like a bird soaring through the sky... we've all seen life in a state of grace, and experience glimpses of this grace when somehow we tap into something and everything just flows effortlessly. We've also seen life in a state of struggle. We all experience this first hand, when nothing is easy. Even when we keep our nose to the grindstone we still get nowhere. I tend to think that the state of grace has something to do with Trust... more trust and the less fear. Also, the issue of trust must go beyond ourselves. Sometimes we just can't control everything no matter how hard we try to make everything perfect....no matter how hard we try to push forward...no matter how hard we try to take our lives into our own hands. This song is about letting go and trusting in the Flow of Life.

A Special thank you to Mystic Arts Center, to all of the sponsors and to all of my friends and family that came to support the Tribute Concert for my Dad this past June! It was the best concert yet in so many ways. The spirit in the room that night was magical. The love for my father was palpable.
