A common question
I get asked is "Do you provide us an email list for contacts in our
industry?". The short answer is no, when working with permission based
email marketing, you will be working your own personal list(s). We do however work with our clients to educate them on how they can grow their list through their marketing efforts.
No matter what kind of business you're in and no matter what your size, your goal should be to make the most of every visitor and every customer. By having an email marketing system in place you will have more of an incentive to grow your list and put a place and purpose to those contacts you meet
Ask for email addresses at every point of customer contact:
On your company website, add a sign up box along with an enticement to join
- In a guest book at you place of work
- On customer service or support calls
- On invoices, brochures, customer surveys, feedback forms
- At tradeshows, networking and other marketing events go prepared with more focus on making a connection not closing a sale.
