Greetings!

It's back. What exactly you ask? Spring! At Snowfly we love this time of year because each of us wakes up even more motivated and with additional energy and a "spring" in our step. Could be the weather is turning and we're seeing more sunshine but we truly think it's because so many of us and we know many of our customers do this also - we refresh our commitment to life. Many of us hibernate during the winter months and this isn't just in our personal lives. Many businesses hibernate without even knowing it. How many times have you thought to act on a new idea but told yourself you would wait until Spring - that is hibernating! Now is the time to stop hibernating and get your mojo going again. Spring gives each of us an energy boost and it's up to us what we do with it.

Hope you enjoy our e-newsletter.  Regards,

It was later adapted for a state contact center into a fully self-funded employee incentive program to provide rewards and recognition...[more]

Employee Incentives Related Research

We have always maintained that the closer to immediate this is, the more effective the program will be. I recently came across an interesting research study that further validates the importance we place on this...[more]
