I am frequently asked: "How and why did you come up with the name Snowfly?"  The short and simple answer is because we were looking for a unique name that people would remember.  However, if you are looking for a deeper meaning...

 

The name "Snowfly" represents our love of fly-fishing and the intermittent positive reinforcement it provides. No matter where you fish or what you are fishing for, when you drop a line into the water you know there is a chance that something exciting could happen at any moment. Similarly, in our incentive programs, when you earn the right to play one of our games, you know there is a chance that something exciting could happen in the next 4 seconds.  Make sense?
 
We had an actual "Snowfly" designed for us. I have one of the few known to be in existence. On the days when nothing else seems to be working, I will tie it on. I have done this on 6 different occasions; each time I have caught a fish on the next cast.......honestly.
