Greetings!,

A few days ago, I was floating down the Bitterroot River near Hamilton Montana with friend and Snowfly Board member Thad Minyard. Thad spotted a large trout rising near the shore about fifty yards down river. We grounded the raft and Thad presented the trout four different flies, all of which were refused by the wary fish.

Then, I cast a fly the trout had never seen before the "Snowfly". It was an immediate take and I landed this nineteen-inch native cutthroat trout.

I am frequently asked where did the name Snowfly originate? I always respond, "The Rocky Mountain trout are tired of seeing the same flies. I invented the Snowfly to show them something new and attractive. It works."

So does the Snowfly approach to employee motivation and rewards! It genuinely inspires performance in today's workforce.

Thank you for your support,
