When we were children, working out was called play.  We never lacked motivation for it, and we did it with friends whenever we could.  Whether it be running through the sprinklers or riding bikes or swimming the afternoon away, it was almost always more fun when we did it with others.  This is proven by how popular our Luna and Soul Asylum runs are. It is so nice to see so many of our friends again and all the new faces!
