Wednesday, March 16th at 7:00pm - Elmhurst Join David Polkow, President of the Elmhurst Triathlon Club, USAT Certified Coach and 6 time Ironman finisher, at Runner's Soul in Elmhurst for an informational seminar on how to get started into the sport of triathlon. Learn the answers to questions like:  - How much do I have to train?
- What are the distances of triathlon?
- What kind of equipment do I need?
- How do I balance training all 3 sports?

Beginner Triathlon Training
This program is designed for anyone who wants to complete a triathlon. The program will stress swim, bike, run techniques and prepare you for a sprint distance race and will culminate with the SheRox Triathlon June 12, Batavia Triathlon June 12 or Pleasant Prairie Triathlon June 26.
