Welcome Spring Breakers!

Front Shoppe with SignThought you would like to know that we survived Spring Break! We had lots of visitors and lots of happy skiers and Wolf Creek did not disappoint in the amount of snow or the quality of the skiing.  April is our slowest month of the year so we would love it if you would stop by and just say hello.  We have plenty of fudge on the counter so be sure to ask for a free sample!

And Happy Easter to each and every one of you.  May God bless you during this very special time of the year.

Lois, Jean, Nancy, and Elsa

What's Happening?

The weather is absolutely beautiful here in Pagosa Springs, although it cannot seem to decide if it should be winter or summer.  We have a stretch of sunshiny days, followed by 4 inches of snow, then sunshine again.  I suppose that is life in the Rocky Mountains.  We are very grateful for the moisture, especially since many other areas of Colorado are in a drought.

We are getting very excited about our Meet the Artist program this summer.  It will run every Thursday from June 16th through August 11th.  In a week or two we will post the finalized schedule to our website so be sure to check it out.

As I mentioned in the intro, April is our slowest month and we will be taking advantage of the lull to reorganize and rearrange the showroom.  Jean has more energy than all of us put together, and a definite plan for how to make your shopping experience even better.  Be sure to let her know how you like it.

We are hoping to see our snowbirds return earlier than usual this year since the weather is so nice and the snow is nearly gone.  It is going to be a great summer here in Pagosa, so if you are considering a visit, we encourage you to come stay in our lovely piece of heaven - and of course stop by while you are here.

Bob just introduced this product, our store is the first to carry it, and already they are selling great.  His clever packaging makes it the perfect gift for that "hard to buy for" guy, or gal.

Just $7.50 each.  Now this is a WINNER!

We have been very busy with project after project this year, and my family is taking the next ten days to head out of town for a much needed vacation.  How easy it is for each of us to get so caught up in the demands of everyday life that we forget to appreciate the blessings that God bestows each and every day.  Easter is a good time to reflect on the things that are most important to us, and to thank God for our families, our friends, and the wonderful country that we live in.  And of course His grace, which saved this poor wretch from despair.  Life is full of blessings for those who place their trust in Him.

Happy Easter to each and every one of you!
