A year ago... what was more unlikely?
Greetings!
A year ago I wrote a newsletter during playoff season about the dramatic payroll differences in professional baseball. Tonight our local team, The Tampa Bay Rays, with the second lowest payroll in the league will play the Boston Red Sox, a team where the four highest paid players make more than all the Rays put together.

What seemed more unlikely a year ago... the Rays making it to the ALCS and having a shot at going to the World Series or the fall from grace of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Lehman Brothers, IndyMac, AIG, Countrywide, WaMu & Wachovia? In 2005 banks were shoveling money into the coffers of real estate investors and developers. Now experienced investor/developers with strong net worth, liquidity, character and track records are getting kicked out of banks left and right.
While many lenders are no longer originating real estate loans, there are others who are looking at this as an opportunity to build market share. Since 1994 Bison has been the "go to" resource for real estate entrepreneurs in need of capital for compelling investment opportunities. Let us know how we can be of service.
