About the Author: Bob Anderson, PhD, CMSgt (Ret) is CEO and Founder of Back to Basics for Success, LLC. His strong background in leadership training and development, human resource management, safety management, program development and training is based on over 25 years of civilian business, industrial, educational and military experience.
Bob retired from the United States Air Force Reserve as a Chief Master Sergeant with over 30 years of service. He holds PhD's in Human Resource Management and Safety Management, a Master's Degree in Police Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology.
He and his wife Pamela reside in rural southern Missouri.
