Dream Big this summer at the library!

 

Summer Reading has arrived!  Registration begins June 18 and special events for all ages are happening all summer long.  Earn a prize for every book you read (or have read to you).  You can also help your school win the prize for the most books read!  For every book you read, your school will win a point.  (Adults: you can also participate and "donate" your points to the school of your choice.)

There are many benefits of summer reading including: preventing "summer slide" - the loss of reading skills during the summer break; encouraging students to read for recreation and to select their own books; and participating in enrichment programs at the library which are educational and fun.  Summer reading is for all ages - children, teens, and adults - and we look  forward to seeing you in the library soon!
