Each month offers a diferent theme in "whole person" wellness with powerful and enlightening communicative exercises presented in a safe, supportive and compassionate environment for on-going monthly support to achieve your health and wellness goals.
A variety of special guest teachers, presenters and experts in holistic medicine, health, fitness, movement, martial arts, yoga, wellness and beauty share their knowledge and talents in body-mind-soul health.
Dianne Porchia, MA masterfully facilitates guided meditation, visualization and heart and soul-centered communication exercises on each theme which enables you to access your Soul Wisdom and connect with others in meaningful and transformative processes to achieve your health and wellness goals.

How to turn off your inner warrior / caretaker and turn on your Self nurturing.
Both men and women have an inner warrior that gives you the courage, strength and perseverance to go out into the world, conquer the work place, fight battles with enemies and lead or manage colleagues, all of which allows one to "bring home the bacon" to support one Self and one's families and protect the security of one's homes
For stay at home housewives and mothers the task of managing a household is a full time job that is not always acknowledged for the challenging job it is, as moms must lay down the rules, discipline and train uncooperative children, execute or oversee housekeeping, garden maintenance, stocking food and supplies, meal preparation and manage family member relations much like a CEO of a business.
Warriors of all kinds become weakened through the stress of daily battles and without proper relaxation and rejuvenation time, your inner warrior becomes tired, fatigued and will hit burn out, leaving the warrior and his / her home front vulnerable and at risk of malfunction.
Husbands and wives have unnecessary arguments and fights, parents get overwhelmed by the challenges of child rearing and children feel unloved and cared for, which may trigger them to act out in self destructive ways to get their parents attention.
When warriors are tired and weak their physical body is also at risk of injury through accidents and carelessness while working on the job where a simple movement can cause a pulled muscle or injury. In addition, an over-worked warrior's immune system is also weakened due to continued stress hormones flooding the body making the stressed out warrior more susceptible to illness and disease.

studied and mentored under Sifu Codee Colbert at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, who first bestowed upon him the knowledge of Tai Chi Ch'uan.
He then studied traditional Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong under Abbot Shi Yan Fan, founder of the Los Angeles Shaolin Temple in Sherman Oaks.
Saturday, July 16, POD
leads you in synchronizing your breath with the fluid movement of Tai Chi which oxygenates the blood, helps focus the mind and sharpen memory as Chi begins to flow throughout every cell, improving blood circulation, relieving body aches from tension and arthritic conditions.
POD's fluid Tai Chi will flow into gentle dance movement the last 10 minutes of his class.

From Visualization To Manifestation
Ever since the movie the Secret came out, people in main stream have been talking about the Law of Attraction and how each and every person has the power to manifest anytihng in the world they want. Much of the movie focused on manifesting material wealth and therefore, much criticism started stirring about this concept being superficial and airy fairy.
The big misconception about this idea is that the movie makes you believe the Universe will magically manifest your wishes once you get clear about what it is you want for relationship, money, a job, car or other material items.
However, the Universe needs more than wishes to grant your desires. It needs the alignment of your conscious and sub-conscious mind and your taking action in all the following areas:
- Clear the way for receiving by removing blocks and barriers
- Be able to recognize what shows up in response
- Take physical action to set things in motion

Olaf Hartmann has been an international group facilitator and teacher since 1990, travelling the world for more than 10 years, studying the Healing & Energy Arts with numerous masters and teachers in the world.
Olaf has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2004 , specializing in Cranio Sacral, Reiki and Qi Gong healing and supports people from all walks of life in opening up their physical and energy body so that more of their Qi/ life force can flow through them, leading to health , vitality and authentic Self-embodiment.
He teaches classes and workshops in Qi Gong, Yoga, Breathwork, Dance Alive, Tantra and Sound Healing. Locally, Olaf teaches at the Yoga Company, Raksa, Poweryoga, Agape, Santa Monica College, massage schools and prisons.

Gabriel Logan Braun Transformational Healer and Teacher will be working with Olaf and offering yoga, breath work and sound healing with his didgeridoo.
