Balancing Your Inner Warrior Both men and women have an inner warrior that gives one the courage, strength and perseverance to go out into the world, conquer the work place, fight battles with enemies and lead or manage colleagues, all of which allows one to "bring home the bacon" to support one Self and one's families and protect the security of one's homes.
In these challenging economic times, when people get fired from their jobs right and left, and the security of salaries, homes and families are threatened, at every turn, one needs to somehow hold onto the inner warrior in order to survive. However bringing home this warrior energy into your intimate relationship and family environment only causes more fights, battles and stress.

Arpad "POD" studied and mentored under Sifu Codee Colbert at Cal Ploly, San Luid Obispo, who first bestowed upon him the knowledge of Tai Chi Ch'uan. He then studied traditional Northern Shaolin King Fu, Tai Chi and Qi Gong under Abbot Shi Yan Fan, founder of the Los Angeles Shaolin Temple in Sherman Oaks.
PODleads you in synchronizing your breath with the fluid movement of Tai Chi which oxygenates the blood, helps focus the mind and sharpen memory as Chi begins to flow throughout every cell, improving blood circulation, relieving body aches from tension and arthritic conditions.
POD's fluid Tai Chi will flow into gentle dance movement the last 10 minutes of his class.

Since 2003, Passing Performance - Stress Reduction for Adults & Teens has seen an 80% pass rate with it's law students preparing for the California State Bar exam, and has helped many individuals turn their inner saboteur into an inner ally to support their goals in career, relationship, parenting and health.
