HI 4050CW bundle - Save time and money with Hardy's new
high speed check weighing bundle
Hardy Process Solutions' new HI 4050 CW check weighing bundle can process up to 250 high resolution weight measurements per minute. The bundle consists of a special version of Hardy's HI 4050 weight transmitter with a digital load cell interface card and a high speed Digital Sensor Point (DSP) capable of 0.50 gram resolution. This off-the-shelf open platform solution is easily integrated with existing hardware, and with the End User's plant automation system. for Micro800 programmable controllers
Hardy Process Solutions' new EASY 8™ is a low cost weighing solution with 14bits of resolution is designed to provide "just enough" functionality that strikes a balance between price, quality of weight reading, and Hardy's reputation for high quality process measurement products. The EASY 8 is a single channel plug-in module that reads, conditions, and digitizes load cell sensor and strain gage signals commonly found in process weighing applications. TECH TIP - What is the wiring color code on my load cells? | |
There are many color code combinations across the industry and Hardy Instruments has adopted the "West Coast" version for our load sensors. We add a color code flag to all load cell cables before shipping to our customers. The West Coast color code is:
Red = + excitation
Black = - excitation
Green = + signal
White = - signal
Gray = + C2
Violet = - C2
In instances where there are violet and gray wires, these are C2® plus (gray) and C2® minus (violet) connections. C2® second generation calibration is a process by which a scale system is electronically calibrated without the use of test weights, material substitution, hydraulic force or external electronic simulators. This feature is only offered by Hardy Process Solutions.
