 I'm a child of the 60's. In the 70's I threw away all my polyester clothes and became a cotton-aholic!, I've been waiting for the day I had the choice of organic cotton yarns.
When Classic Elite introduced their 100% organic cotton yarns, I jumpled at the chance to use them myself and to share them with you.
We all know the benefits of going organic (Click Here to learn more) in what we eat, but what we wear next to our skins and wrap our babies around is just as important.
While not every Cotton Clouds' yarn is organic, I rejoice in the wide selection of weights, textures, colors and end uses of these organic cotton yarns on both skeins and cones. I love the idea that I can have a smaller footprint on the planet; that my choice in using organic cottons is doing the right thing!

Why we went organic 
Organic cotton is grown and harvested using methods that have a low impact on the environment. Organic farmers build, replenish, and maintain healthy soil, which is the foundation of the food chain. In addition, organic cotton farmers do not use toxic chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, or GMO seeds.
