As we enter September we savor the last days of summer but also look forward to the arrival of autumn, which can bring not only different weather, but new focus and goals in the workplace. With that in mind, this month's Wellness Work/Life newsletter includes the Balanced Living Newsletter with a feature on getting the most out of your day at the office.
When you focus heavily on work it is important not to lose focus on yourself. Therefore, this month also has some resources that highlight the connection between our minds and bodies. The Wellness Exchange Newsletter examines mind/body medicine and the effects our own thoughts can have on our physical health, while this month's Tip Sheet explores the mind/body connection of martial arts.
Also be sure to check out our new feature this month, the Wellness Byte! This is a snippet of information on a relevant work/life topic that gives various tips on maximizing wellness in all parts of your life. This month's feature is great for those with kids heading back to school because it focuses on Packing Healthy School Lunches that are nutritious and filling.
