Improve your spiritual wellness:
New class starts April 10th

The Wellness Ministry will resume Tuesday, April 10th, from 6-7:30 p.m. in  the Fireside Room. This session will run until the last Tuesday in May. The session will focus on Spiritual Wellness. We meet for the purpose of looking at scripture and discussing practical ways to incorporate God's Word into our everyday lives. We invite anyone to attend. The session is open to all, but we will close the session to newcomers by the April 24th class  to allow for confidentiality and safety for the attendees. If you are someone looking for a safe place to explore God's plan for you and be among  caring, supportive believers where you can grow, and walk closer to the Lord, this is the place for you! The class is free, and free child care is provided.

Junior Camp begins
registration for this year

Our annual camp for children will be held from 5 p.m. Friday, June 22nd, through 5 p.m . Sunday, June 24 at beautiful Camp St. Albans near Belfair. We welcome students who were in grades 3 through 6 for the 2011/2012 school year. Because of the snow days and their impact on end date of the school year, Junior Camp is a bit shorter this year.  Registration ends May 1st. Limited space is available with room for only 56 children. Register early. There is a waiting list every year. The cost for camp is $90 per student. Pay by check in the offering slot or by credit card online on our church website at www.peninsulabible.org. Click on "Give" and "Online" and select "Junior Camp." Registration forms are required and must be completed by an adult.  For information, ask Tonya Kipple at 360-692-6549 ext15 or tonya.kipple@peninsulabible.org.

Message from Betty Rae

Betty Rae Matheson asked us to share these words of thanks and encouragement:

I have been going to the mission connection meetings and hearing the stories of the PBF missionaries. It is so exciting to hear what God is doing in all the world. I hope you will join me in the next meeting and be as blessed as I have been. Also, Bud (Matheson) wants to thank you all for your prayers. He is doing so well.

Prepare for the Lord...
and a bunch of Easter visitors

We've sent more than a thousand invitations to friends and neighbors to attend our church Easter Sunday and we want to be ready for the building to sparkle and for our guests to feel at home. Please consider helping in one of the following areas:

Facility Work Party

9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31st

Spruce up the church for Easter and the coming spring. Stay the entire time, or just give an hour or two. Any effort you give will make a huge difference. We will be: weeding flower beds, spreading wood chips, clearing brush, transplanting trees and leveling ground. You can bring: gloves, rakes, weeding tools, wheelbarrows, large flat shovels, pruning tools, weed whackers, or leaf blowers. There is no child care for this event, but we encourage children to help alongside their parents.

Sanctuary Decoration
Saturday, April 7th - Morning

There are few things more beautiful than a church decorated for Easter, but it doesn't get that way without a lot of help. Consider volunteering to adorn the sanctuary for this most holy of joyous of days! Contact Margaret Aylsworth via email or call her at 360-731-8929.

Easter:
An Image Still
Developing

We ask you to not only join Peninsula Bible Fellowship in celebrating the resurrection of Christ, but to also ask your friends to come and see and share in the joy. Marvel with us!

As many of you know, Washington state has one of the lowest church participation percentages in the nation. Many in our community would love an invitation, especially from a friend, to participate in Easter. We ask you to invite them. To help you, we are distributing printed door hangers for you to hand out or place on the doors of those in your neighborhood. Door hangers will be available at the church beginning Saturday, March 24th.

Join us as we passionately celebrate the Risen Christ

incorporating elements both ancient and modern.
