Frostburg State has implemented a new room scheduling software called EMS to schedule rooms across campus for events and meetings. This new system ushers in several new policy changes. Please review the new policy on room reservations and the new rates for facilities.

Just a quick point of clarification - the log in for this system is not linked to your FSU account. If you have not used this system before, you will have to create an account before you can log into the system. To create an account, please click the "Create an account" link under the "My account" tab at the top of the screen. Mac users will need Parallels installed to access EMS.
