Wow! There's a lot going on at Frostburg this week!

 

BURG Peer Education Network is having a Dance-a-thon to help people raise money for Relay For Life! The longer you dance the more money you raise! See details below. 

 

GIVEAWAY OPPORTUNITY: Whoever donates the most articles of clothing at the Iota's Clothing Drive will get a FREE MOVIE PASS!!

 

Also, don't forget that the Hooley Plunge is this Saturday. The proceeds benefit Allegany County Special Olympics and other programs for the developmentally disabled. To sign up to plunge, contact the Office of Volunteerism & National Service. For more information, see below!

 

Alpha Sigma Tau is holding an Alcohol Awareness Forum. Come listen to the damage alcohol can have on your college career and the dangers associated with it. 

 

There is another International Film Series on Tuesday. This week's film is from Sri Lanka. A primatologist observes the growing mutual attraction between his beautiful young wife and his handsome young research assistant. Come find out how it ends.

Having studied monkeys, he wants to prove an emotional relationship between the male and female apes and humans. If you have clothes that don't fit, that you want to get rid of, or just want to donate to a good cause, bring them to Iota Phi Theta's clothing drive! They have tables set up in the Lane Center Lobby between 3 and 5 PM from February 28 to March will be collecting the clothes in the Lane Center Lobby between 3 and 5 PM. The clothes will go to people in need in the local area. The person who donates the most will win a free movie pass!!

BURG Peer Education Network is doing a dance-a-thon and the longer you dance, the more money you make for Relay! You make money by finding sponsors who pledge to donate a certain amount of money for every hour that you dance, it's that easy!
