Staff has completed the process of converting the certification program's files to an open shelving system with side tab identification.  The system is color-coded to increase accuracy and ease of use.  This project brought to light the need for a file archive and staff is working on this endeavor. Files that have been inactive for over 10 years have been identified for inclusion.
