Magic Christmas in Lights Advance Ticket Sales
Tickets for Magic Christmas in Lights will go on sale online at www.bellingrath.org, at the Urban Emporium downtown and at Bellingrath during regular hours of admission beginning on November 1, 2011. Tickets can also be purchased at participating Regions Banks beginning on November 14, 2011.

Kick-off the holidays with your family in our spectacular, illuminated wonderland. Bellingrath Gardens and Home and the Battle House Renaissance Hotel have once again teamed up to present the Launch the Lights Sweepstakes. As night falls at Bellingrath on Friday, November 25th, one lucky winner will have the opportunity to "launch" Magic Christmas in Lights and spend a relaxing weekend at the historic Battle House Hotel.

Sophisticated Southern Style for the Holidays: Be inspired and learn from Benny Campbell how to create fabulous arrangements for your home at his presentation from 9:30 a.m. - noon. Continental Breakfast will be served. The presentation will take place at the Mobile Junior League Headquarters, 57 North Sage Avenue.
Walk and Talk with Bill and Benny: Meet at the Entry Building at
Bellingrath Gardens and Home at 2:30 p.m. to tour Bellingrath Gardens and the Bellingrath Museum Home with Benny and Bellingrath's Executive Director, Dr. Bill Barrick. At the conclusion of the Home Tour, Benny will create a stunning centerpiece for the Bellingrath Formal Dining Room. The afternoon event will conclude with a reception on the back porch of The Home.

Balloon Glow in the Gardens
October 29 from 5:00 to 7:30 PM
Dress up your little goblins and come out to enjoy beautiful hot air balloons glowing on the Great Lawn. Multiple hot air balloons are scheduled to "glow" for us this year....weather permitting. This year's event will also include a selection of scary and fun inflatables glowing throughout the Gardens. There will be plenty of treats and trinkets from area organizations and businesses for our trick or treaters to enjoy. The Shed BBQ and Blues Joint will be selling their  one-of-a-kind and national award winning barbeque and live music provided by MudBucket will be on the Great Lawn. The Balloon Glow is free for members and special reduced rates will begin at 5:00 p.m. SPECIAL RATES: Adults $5; children 5 -12 $3 and as always children 4 and under are free.

Last Call for Balloon Glow Trick-or-Treat Station Volunteers
Your organization, business or club can participate in the "Glow" by distributing treats and trinkets to the hundreds of trick-or-treaters that attend this family event each year. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to publicize your organization or special event during one of Bellingrath's busiest seasons.
Each participating organization will receive 4 free passes for the event and up to twenty 50% off discount coupons that can be used from October 29 - November 24, 2011. All of those distributing treats and trinkets are encouraged to dress up in costume for the evening to add to the festivities.
If your group can participate, please complete the registration form and forward it to Bellingrath Gardens and Home by Friday, October 7, 2011.
