Alabama's Coastal Connection
Scenic Byway

Alabama Coastal Connection

Alabama's Coastal Connection is one of 151 designated National Scenic Byways.  Alabama's Coastal Connection takes visitors through southern Mobile and Baldwin Counties and includes attractions such as Bellingrath Gardens and Home, The Estuarium at Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Baldwin Heritage Museum and Weeks Bay Natural Estuarine Reserve. Suggested itineraries on the route invite visitors to connect with nature, connect with land and sea, connect with the past and connect with each other. This is a collaborative effort by the Bayou La Batre Chamber of Commerce, the Dauphin Island Chamber of Commerce, the Alabama Gulf Coast Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Foley Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce.  To learn more about all of Alabama's Scenic Byways, go to www.alabamabyways.org.
